This antibody needs to be stored at + 4°C in a fridge short term in a concentrated dilution. Freeze thaw will destroy a percentage in every cycle and should be avoided.
A 1:250 dilution of SPC-1047 was sufficient for detection of PCTAIRE 2 (pSer180) in 10 µg of HepG2 cell lysate by ECL immunoblot analysis using goat anti-rabbit IgG:HRP as the secondary antibody.
